What if I'm not sure exactly what I need?
Ongoing support is for the owners who are done doing everything themselves. One-time projects are for the owners who just need help tightening up their workflows and how their systems run.

Ongoing support starts with a 3-month trial. Anything shorter doesn't give us enough time to see the real impact, and I want you to see results and not just a quick fix. From there, we move into a retainer once we've confirmed it's the right fit. Project-based work usually runs one to three months depending on scope.
How long do partnerships last?
I text with all my clients because it's quick, direct, and easy to keep up with between us. I offer check-in calls weekly if it fits the scope. If there is a different way you would like to communicate, I am open to whatever works best for our partnership.
How do we communicate?
I have neither set rates or packages. Every business's needs are different, and it's not one size fits all. Once we have our interest call, I look over everything we discussed and write up a customized proposal just for you.
